Ribbed, knitted and made of coarse, net-like fabric structures and thickly woven Piqué fabrics – the new polo shirts definitely have more grip. And big collars. Last but not least, a little more courage to color. The monochrome pique classics have have long outlived their glory days and are only part of a conservative men’s or women’s wardrobe – the everlasting it-piece of a classic clothing style, in which the choice of colors is the highest of the feelings. That is obviously over now: oversized models, overcut shoulders and boxy silhouettes, innovative knit mixes and bold color combinations finally bring a breath of fresh air into a T-shirt model that can do much more than die out on tennis and golf clubs. On the catwalks MiuMiu, Lacoste and Jacquemus took up the topic.

MiuMiu, Jacquemus und Lacoste haben das Thema auf den Laufstegen aufgegriffen.
