Aramudi is a jewelry brand from New Zealand that deals with the topic of identity and seeks a connection to women of the past. The focus is on symbols that stand for femininity – from cultures from different regions of the world. It is intended to remind people of cultural similarities. The focus is on women with their attributes such as wildness, strength, care, vulnerability and connectedness.

The name Aramudi (or Arasala) is based on the South Asian heritage of the brand. Originally used as an amulet of humility and for protection around the hips of children, the brand wants to breathe new life into the use of amulets and talismans with its jewelry.

Aramudi jewelry aims to protect the wild intentions of its wearer and inspire a future that is driven by female energy and matriarchal leadership.

Each conspicuous part should act as a coat of arms, strengthen with the strength of the women who went ahead and create space for connection, unity and understanding. Aramudi jewelry is a reminder that strength lies in the duality of female energy – together one is nurturing and extremely powerful.

Proofed values

We believe we are in need of matriarchal leaders now more than ever before. Leaders who embrace the duality of womanhood – being both compassionate and fiercely powerful.

The silver is obtained from conflict-free countries, the gold comes from a refinery in New Zealand. Aramudi also believes in the beauty and energy of handmade pieces. There is a close cooperation with traditional craftsmen. New approaches also come into play here, expanding the variety of production techniques and knowledge.
